  Robert Arce, HVAC Service Technician with One Hour, was our assigned tech. Before he even arrived, we received a text from One Hour with his photo and background information, which was a great first impression. From the moment Robert arrived, he was outstanding. Our dogs were barking nonstop, and he patiently waited while we got them settled. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns about our AC system and asked thoughtful questions to better understand what was going on. He spent a good amount of time inspecting the attic and later came down to show us detailed photos and videos of what he found. We originally called One Hour because our home had been accumulating an unusual amount of dust. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I was extremely frustrated that dusting didn’t even last a week—there was visible dirt and soot-like debris settling on surfaces, including walls, vents, and fans. After seeing the condition of the attic, ducts, coils, and blower fan, Robert clearly explained how the system was circulating dust throughout our home. Our allergies had also been noticeably worse. He identified a pinched duct that had been previously taped, and he corrected it, explaining that it should improve airflow to that room. He also organized loose wiring in the attic to improve safety for future technicians, which I greatly appreciated. What stood out most was how thorough and transparent Robert was. He didn’t just explain the issues, he showed us photos and video evidence, which made everything much easier to understand. As a visual learner, that meant a lot. He also walked us through multiple repair options in detail, without any pressure, just education and honest guidance. We truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and expertise. It’s rare to have a technician leave things better than they found them, but Robert absolutely did. Thank you for the outstanding service, A+ work all the way!!!   Great service by Robert. He showed up on time, communication was clear and straightforward, and the hvac maintenance was handled professionally and efficiently. Overall, working with him and the team was very pleasant, i’d definitely recommend them.

  I want to change my review due to info from Owner of the home. Alex did a great job of course. But charging $700 for a thermostat and fuses they took with them and not leaving This is a freaking joke. This company is a RIDICULOUS. Charging $700 for you to not get anything dealt with then taking the stuff you PAYED FOR is absolutely absurd. I highly recommend not going through them they are a rip off. POS work

  I highly recommend Cristofer who was our technician. He explained everything in detailed. He also let us know what is possibly needed for the future. He left everything nice and clean. Thank you, Cristofer for being honest, kind, and professional.

  Called them two years ago for my upstairs AC not cooling. They recommended an outside unit replacement. I had just gotten a decent bonus so I went ahead with it. They said it included their membership and free follow ups. All this was fine. A little expensive but I had no problems with it. The problems came with their "check ups". Every single time a tech would show up there would be a new issue after they left. On the first visit, the tech told me I had a blown fuse and my downstairs a/c wasn't working. Ironically, just before he had shown up my wife and I were commenting on how nice and strong the downstairs a/c felt after a walk. Within a week after he left the a/c starting dumping water into my garage and not cooling well. We called for them to come back and the guy recommended duct cleaning but ultimately fixed nothing. It was fall, so I figured we'd get work on it over winter. Last week got hot and we finally called them up again to do maintenance and look at our upstairs unit, as it was really weak. Our downstairs unit was working great. He stumbled around for hours, not saying much, then said the upstairs needed recharged and there was a leak. Even though THEY INSTALLED IT and I'm a member of their services, they wanted to charge $600 for the leak search and $300 for the recharge of the system. I paid to recharge it and decided I'm absolutely done with their poor workmanship and predatory charges. To top the whole thing off, once the tech left my fan now whines in the blower and my downstairs a/c suddenly can't cool below 78 after going to 72 for weeks before he showed. I'm so incredibly disgusted by this company. They're shady and awful. Edit April 24th: Hired a different company to come out and see what happened to my downstairs ac. The technician called me out to show me a wire that had blown apart from overcurrent. He said the previous tech had either tested or connected it wrong and blew the wire, and there's no way he wouldn't have known. Instead he didn't say a word and left. Don't waste your time with this company.
