  Robert came to house hours after my initial call for service. Had a leaky/broken kitchen faucet which had flooded under the sink. After his analysis of the problem, we needed a more extensive repair due to corroded pipes abd fixtures. He said he would call tge next .morning between 8 abd 9 am which he did. He came as promised and fixed everything including installing of the faucet. He was done in about 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable and professional....he is a Huge asset to his company.

  I called Goettl cecause my back yard water faucet broke and I had to turn off the water seems a piece got stuck inside the pipe. I called and they sent me a technician out named Joe he did the job and I was able to turn my water back on. Joe did an ext job was fast, courteous and professional throughout the process I will continue to call Goettl for all my plumbing and AC needs.

  I recently heard some strange noises from my water softner, and got nervous. I called Goettl immediately, and they promptly set an appointment for a technician to come out and look at the unit. Ryan went through his diagnostics, and determined that the water was still soft, and that there was nothing wrong with the unit. He was super knowledgeable, nice, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has an issue with their water softener in the Vegas area!!! Five stars!!

  So had my big plumbing inspection done today with Justin, a cool dude I'll start off with and move to his professionalism. He was so thorough and while it was disappointing to get the news that I got I at least felt assured that it could be fixed at a much more reasonable price and expediency than I expected as well. Both Justin and James (service manager) went over everything with a fine tooth comb and are saving us from an impending emergency. Thanks guys!

  The technician gave us a courtesy call with an accurate ETA, which we really appreciated. He also put on disposal boot covers before entering our home—very respectful. He did a great job explaining what was going on and walked us through our options without any pressure. Very professional, well-mannered, and easy to work with. Our project is currently on hold while we decide how to move forward, but we had a great experience so far. Thank you, Robert, and the Goettle team!
