  Hot water heater overflow tube constantly dripping water at fast rate. Robert B. of Goettl Plumbing immediately identified the problem and went straight to checking the water pressure in static state and under load. This quickly verified a normal pressure reading and pointed at the water heater itself as the likely culprit, all within a few minutes of his arrival at my house. I don't know about you, but I want guys who can do this to do repairs at my house.

  David came to perform a rejuvenation on our HVAC units, we have two. One of them was not kicking on causing half of our home to be extremely warm while causing our other unit to work overtime. This was in March when we were experiencing higher than usual temperatures. David let us know that the motor in our unit had gone out and that their was a swith that had damage to it as well. The parts were ordered and both were replaced. We have been enjoying cool air throughout our home since! Thank you David we appreciate you and the Goettl Team!

  Brian De Leon was a solid technician. He called me when he was 25 min out and showed up on time. He performed the Rejuv on our AC units and provided me with all the photos of his work and walked me through all the readings, what the mfg specs were, and what it all means. He then inspected our insulation and ducting and walked me through all the photos and explained what was needed and why. It was great to have a technician like him.

  This is the most unprofessional work for installing a brand new AC unit, they have the worst Customer Service ever!! I would recommend using another HVAC company. This company does terrible work, untrustworthy staff, Bill a supervisor lied about being helpful, he just did the opposite, another disappointment of an employee. There are many AC repair companies here in Las Vegas, Goettl is the wirst!!!

  Tai, the technician who assisted and helped us in resolving the plumbing leak at the master bedroom shower, went all out in all aspects of plumbing issues and costs of repair. The kitchen area was flooded with water on the floor and the kitchen ceiling have water lines accumulated including the walls adjacent to the kitchen sink area.
