  Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I had a monthly subscription for HVAC tune up. Had someone come for plumbing. I followed them through out the house and when he got to garage/outside I went inside. Few minutes after, he comes in to tell me I had a leak. I followed him, I told him there’s no way that was leaking as I just had plumbing work less than 2 weeks prior. Of course he denied any wrongdoing. I wasn’t going to write any review tbh… I don’t like to be negative. However, I decided once I spoke to a lady on the phone today…She asked me why I was canceling my subscription. I told her what happened..she proceeded to tell me.. ‘Fetch Tech’ doesn’t work on outside irrigation water systems… so I’m not sure why he would lie about that…. I said really…??? Then why was I quoted $900 to fix it!!! So the ‘bank’ you put toward the monthly payment is lost if you cancel… a small fact I don’t believe I was told. But I won’t say that definitively. I will say that guy absolutely tampered with my system. And they all try to lie about it. As I said…. I literally had plumbing work done 10 DAYS prior! It’s so disheartening that folks are so dishonest. Take your business elsewhere!! My $300 bank is also down the drain. Lesson learned!

  Sebastian was awesome answered all my questions, courtesy check on toilet, gave a estimate for plumbing under sink for new insulation and plumbing sounds like a fair price will be calling back after cabinets are installed

  Andrew is the consummate professional with a Charming personality excellent work ethic and provided honest feedback He was unaware that earlier in my life I had been a plumber, he did not attempt to create a mountain out of a molehill that Honesty goes a long way for the reputation of Fetch a Tech. Also the HVAC technician Joseph M. Has been equally professional across the board and he too has a winning personality keep hiring these type of people and your company will grow even bigger and better.

  I think all your technicians are very courteous and respectful. Although, I've received service from Fetch-A-Tech for a number of years, currently I am unable to afford the repairs that have occurred in the past year. I have decided to contact my mortgage company referring me to a home warranty plan that is more affordable. If Fetch-a-tech prices were more affordable, I would continue to receive service from them. I can honestly say their very professional .

  My old water heater started making sounds so I called a couple of companies for estimates to replace it. Fetch A Tech was the only company that sent a plumber out to check my water heater to confirm the condition prior to providing a written estimate. The company texted me a short bio of the tech that would be visiting my home and then sent text when he was on his way. Juan drained the water heater and confirmed that I needed a new water heater since it was old, the water coming out was very cloudy and a lot of sediment was coming out of the hose. Jorge, replaced the water heater, hoses, and drain tray. Fetch A tech plumbers, Juan and Jorge, did a complete and professional job which was later certified by city inspection. ...and my dog appreciated the small stuff animal of "Fetch" which Juan gave her.
