  We Care Air is one of those companies you wished you had found long time ago. The owner James is an honest, no bs kind of person that will come to your house and replair your HVAC system as if his family lived in the house. His diagnostic fee is fair and replacement estimates are free. The owner does all estimates himself and there are no sales people involved. We decided to replace our aging upstairs unit and We Care Air provided a clear no hidden fees estimate. Today 02/27/26 James and his crew showed up to our house and did an excellent job with the installation. Save their number on your phone and don't hesitate on calling We Care Air for any of your HVAC needs.

  James (The Owner) is an absolutely stand up guy who actually cares. The "We Care" part is NOT a gimmick! He diagnosed the issue as something repairable for a fraction of what a new unit would've cost. Because I needed some time, he ended up sending Adam over to complete the work 2 weeks later and Adam is a great guy. So friendly, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental. Our house is chaotic right now with a stalled remodel, a bankruptcy requiring I prematurely empty my storage unit into the house, a broken vacuum I can'tafford to replace this month, and 6 furry pets who shed! To say I was embarrassed is an understatement and Adam was kind about it all. I am grateful to have found this company and will be signing up for their annual maintenance membership to capitalize on savings and the longevity of the unit we just fixed. Thanks guys!

  I had a great experience with James and We Care Air. After the HVAC Company that I've been using for over 12 years did my heating inspection and recommended an air duct cleaning for $1,329.00 and fresh insulation in my attic for $3,025.00 I looked for a company to give me a second opinion. After reading the positive reviews on Google, Yelp and also some string recommendations on Reddit I called We Care Air to set up an inspection. Their price was 50% of what I was currently paying and James, the owner himself, came out 3 days later (I called on a Friday and was able to get scheduled for the following Monday). James did a very thorough inspection and sent 30+ photos along with a detailed report, showing that my ducts in fact do not need cleaning. James then called to follow up in person and explained that not only do my ducts not need cleaning but he feels that I have more than enough insulation in my attic and there is no need to replace it or add any more. The inspection fee was 50% or what I had been playing and the annual "membership" with We Care Air is also 50% of what I had been paying. I am very happy with the service I received, the detailed report and photos I was provided. I have cancelled my "membership" with the HVAC company I had been using and am happy to become a client of We Care Air moving forward.
