If you try to put Drywall on the inside, you will find that he Studs are uneven that makes it difficult. The Metal roof fell off in pieces a couple times. We decided to give Tuff Shed another try by having them build a garage for us. We signed the agreement 4 30 25. Eric told us that Tuff Shed would get the permit for us at no extra charge. Eric also told us that it would be 4 months to get the permit or 8 30 25. It is now 11 23 25. We have spent almost $5,000 in engineering hat was supposed to be included and we do not have a permit yet and have idea when we will get the permit. We spoke to the Manager and he told us TOO BAD! Stay away from Tuff Shed. They will not even give us our money back+

- GCg coleNov 4, 20255.0On a whim I just drove to the Star address shop and was greeted by Anthony. He is one of the facilitators and definitely knows his product! We had a nice conversation with no sales pitch and got down to exactly what I wanted. I was very happy with how easy the process was. Anthony made the project very simple for me. I was given a approximate for installation of 7 to 10 days then got a phone call the next day for installation the same week! The crew showed up on time and got the shed built in a short time, maybe 4 hours total. The lead installer / builder was very courteous and professional. The crew double checked the shed for square and plumb, made sure I was happy with the work, and cleaned up after themselves.

Todd Hargrove was very accommodating in getting me an appointment that same day. I met with him and he had great suggestions and ideas. He was extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy. I would not hesitate to buy from Tuff Shed and work with Todd. He had someone call me from delivery/set-up in 2 days and 2 days after that, 4 days total, my shed was delivered, set-up and ready to go. In less than a week, everything was completed from start to finish. THAT is amazing in today's world!
