    Building has been experiencing service interruption since February. Technicians come out to 'fix' the elevator every other day, but to no avail.. Management company of the apartment complex is almost as incompetent.

    Rating is 0 very difficult to get ahold of don't return calls they still haven't fixed my elevators at a assisted living community 3 weeks now.

    Horrible, our elevator keeps getting stuck. This time between floors and all they say is we fixed it, or we ordered a part and the same thing happens again, This is the newer elevator in our property and the older ones are running great. Technicians are also sarcastic and rude

    Kinda slow on response time and the elevator being serviced broke down 2 more times after the first repair for the same issue that was supposed to be fixed. But they are our vendor, so not much choice

    I work grave shift. Some of their service techs don't like to come out to calls real early in the morning and will ask if I need the service now or if it can wait til morning? Sometimes they don't even show up. We repeatedly have to call them for the same issues a bunch of times. Nothing gets fixed.
