  Adam engram This HVAC technician was outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and very respectful while working in my home. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing—he diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the solution clearly without trying to upsell or rush the job. His work was thorough and efficient, and he made sure everything was operating correctly before he left. It’s not easy to find technicians who are both knowledgeable and trustworthy, but he definitely is. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, family, or anyone in need of HVAC service.

  I had an outstanding experience with Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing, especially thanks to Adam! He is incredibly skilled at what he does. Our AC system was shutting off the moment we turned it on — right in the middle of the Las Vegas heat — and Adam jumped in immediately to troubleshoot. Within an hour, he identified the issue (a failing motor), explained everything clearly, and had our system back up and running. His professionalism, expertise, and quick work made the whole experience completely stress‑free. I highly recommend Adam and the entire Super Service team. If you need someone who truly knows their craft and genuinely cares about getting your home comfortable again, he’s the one to call!

  Super Service installed a new HVAC system for me. Extremely satisfied from start to finish. I called on Sunday 12/28/25 for an issue I was having with the thermostat. Lorenzo the technician came over on Monday. Ended up being a defective motherboard on the furnace. Lorenzo pointed out several other issues with the unit which was 22 years old. Both the AC and the furnace were the same age so I decided to replace both after Lorenzo gave me a hefty discount for buying them together. The very next day the installation crew came over and took care of business. Angel, Owen and Kyle did a fantastic job. Great Guys and hard workers. I've had several email and phone interactions with Tiffiany, the Office Manager during the process. She is very personable and her response time is really quick. This is a family-owned business and they genuinely care about their customers. Update: As a bonus for purchasing the HVAC system, I got a free Air + Water Care Club membership which comes with a number of perks. One of which was an End-to-end inspection of my plumbing system. As you can see in the attached photo of my guest bathroom toilet flange, I had a serious root issue. The main bathroom toilet and the kitchen sink had similar issues. I decided to purchase a Hydro Jetting package to clean the drain and sewage lines for my entire home as it had never been done before and was indeed in dire need of it. Because I had a care club membership, I got a 20% discount. The icing on the cake was when Juan the technician who sold me the package went to bat for me, called the office and got me an additional $500 discount. Like the crew who installed my HVAC system, Taylor and Paxton did a great job with the Hydro Jet service. Juan followed up with a video inspection of the lines after the job was completed. I can't say enough good things about this company and their employees.
