  Today we had Jeremy M. Over to do our winter maintenance. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. We are extremely happy having the maintenance program as we always get what is needed at the right time. We highly recommend Super Service Cooling and Heating!

  We are so glad to have found Super Service on Yelp. We had a similar service in CA but unfortunately they didn’t have offices here in NV so we were on the hunt for a vendor who provided superior service. Our technician (Rainier?)was on time, very communicative, friendly, respectful of our new home and very knowledgeable about our heating and cooling system. He answered my many, many questions, explained the layout of our equipment and provided several recommendations to keep our system running optimally. We ended up signing up for their annual maintenance program which included 3 visits per year (heating, plumbing and AC) and got to cash in on their current promotion of two years for the price of one. We have to say we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

  Normally dont write reviews unless im.blown away by something. They came out during the time frame they mentioned and let me know ahead of time by 30 min when they were on their way. Found the issues and made repairs without trying to do any up-sales on things that weren't needed. Laid out pros and cons of repair vs replace. Went with the repair at this moment but when it the old system finally fails, ill reach out for a new unit from them.

  I have been dealing with some weird plumbing issues around my home. I am so happy that I found this company from their raving reviews, and all of them are true. They made me feel like family and helped with all my issues and answered any questions I had. Tiffiany is the best!! She worked with my schedule and got me in as soon as possible. I know I can truly trust them from start to finish.

  I recently had Super Service Cooling, Heating and Plumbing come out to check my HVAC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ranier, the technician who handled the service, was outstanding. He arrived right on time, was very courteous, and clearly explained what he was doing throughout the visit. He diagnosed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working efficiently before he left. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and professional these days! I highly recommend Super Service Cooling, Heating and Plumbing and definitely ask for Ranier if you can! 🤙🏽 🤙🏽 🤙🏽
