  Jeremy was the technician assigned to our furnace maintenance. He was courteous, professional and transparent in assessing the work that needed to be done. Our furnace hadn't been serviced since our house was built, so it certainly needed some attention. Jeremy gave us multiple options, from "just enough to maintain performance" to "replace the entire unit, as it is 15 years old." Their flexibility gave me choice to pick the service that fit into my budget, and let me decide when it's time to replace the old unit with a new one. I didn't feel like I was being hard sold, which is rare in this town. They're called "Super Service" for a reason!

  Super Service installed a new HVAC system for me. Extremely satisfied from start to finish. I called on Sunday 12/28/25 for an issue I was having with the thermostat. Lorenzo the technician came over on Monday. Ended up being a defective motherboard on the furnace. Lorenzo pointed out several other issues with the unit which was 22 years old. Both the AC and the furnace were the same age so I decided to replace both after Lorenzo gave me a hefty discount for buying them together. The very next day the installation crew came over and took care of business. Angel, Owen and Kyle did a fantastic job. Great Guys and hard workers. I've had several email and phone interactions with Tiffiany, the Office Manager during the process. She is very personable and her response time is really quick. This is a family-owned business and they genuinely care about their customers.

  I would like to start this review with Mike who came out to give me an estimate on a tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable, honest and humble.Before he told me how many years of experience he had, I can tell after we spoke that he in fact had a lot of experience.I ended up hiring Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing. They sent out Paxton and Jonathan.They both started the job and Mike joined them later. They all worked hard and great as a team. They did a clean job and tested everything. All came out great! I commend and appreciate there hard work and cleanliness. I am happy with the work and look forward to using them as my maintenance company.

  I give 5 stars to Super Service Cooling. Technician Lorenzo Garcia did an initial inspection of my 6-yr old central heating system and found some issues, such as loose components, that needed corrective action. He quickly identified the problem(s) and took quick action to resolve those problems. Additionally, Lorenzo noted that the heating ducts in my house were quite dusty and he is coming back the day after tomorrow to clean the entire system. SSC has fair pricing and, in my opinion, are an honest and competent company. I should also note that previously, SSC had inspected my tankless water system and corrected a few issues that improved the operation of this system. I recommend SSC to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing work, or just an inspection to make certain that these systems are in peak operating condition.
