I asked for a detailed breakdown including parts, labor and materials used and warranty information and they told me they are a flat rate company and unable to provide those details. What are they trying to hide? I shall go elsewhere.

After his explanation, he sent an email with what needed to be done, and the estimated cost for each item. No pressure was applied, and I appreciated that very much. He also sent the invoice for the contract that my wife and I requested. Good job!
- JCJanine CongelliereNov 8, 20255.0Great Guy stayed a long time and diagnosed my 2 ac and heating units. They are TOAST. Maybe Helping Hands will help me? Or my Home Warranty will Replace God willing. The next business day they sent out a plumber she was wonderful to check under all my sinks and check all three toilets and drain my water heater. This was a free complementary service. Her name was VANNESSA . She had told me that I had been lied to and my water heater has PVC and is way too old to drain and if she was to do it, it will cause leaks. It’s in drainable and unserviceable. She wrote me up the diagnosis and the problem so I can submit it to the real estate company that sold me this house that said new piping and everything as well as to send to the insurance commissioner of the state of Nevada and I am also going to send this to my homeowners warranty company. This company for me is a senior that is low income and disabled living alone as a woman with no man to help me. They really went the extra mile to take care of me.

I left a great review of Plumbing work in another review! Couldn’t ask for a better job thanks Silverstate. 😀 Plumbing

Be careful if you don’t have a clue about how much things cost. $4300 for a 50 ga, water tank! Yep, that’s not a typo.
