  RTSComfort is hands down the best AC company in Las Vegas! I called them when my air conditioner suddenly stopped working in the middle of a heat wave, and they showed up the same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly figured out the problem without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. He explained everything clearly and had my AC running again within an hour. Their prices were fair, customer service was great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that’s this honest and reliable — I’ll definitely be using RTSComfort again and recommending them to friends and family.

  Issam and his team has provided excellent service from start to finish. They were professional and had diagnosed and explained the issue to me before agreeing to repair the work. Pricing was fair and transparent, and they got my heater up and running quickly. Very reliable and highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

  They are good professionals, as they did not simply change expansive parts, They run several tests to diagnose the problem before the control board is replaced.
