  Red Rock Flooring and Design left us high and dry on our flooring renovation. We paid up front for the full price of the materials. We purchased flooring a month in advance after Red Rock assured us that the flooring would be available for pickup on the week of June 24th. Our flooring installer was scheduled to begin work on July 1st. We called to confirm delivery, and were told that the floors were on the truck for delivery, and now would be available on July 1st. On the 28th at 3pm, they let us know the flooring would not be available until mid-July. They gave us two business hours of notice before the flooring installer was scheduled to arrive. DO NOT trust them with your business. We now have to scramble to find an alternate supplier, and Red Rock has not refunded our money.

  After a water heater flood we called the insurance claims adjuster & water mitigation companies referred contractors . We interviewed 5 different ones. This is my 5th remodel so I'm not a beginner. I know the right questions to ask to get what I need. Due to 4th of July being on a Tuesday this year, a lot of businesses are taking a four-day weekend. I anticipated this. I also wanted to make sure that the sample Erin showed us was IN STOCK from her LOCAL supplier since we wanted to get the contractor started immediately. She called us after checking with her supplier and told us "no problem" & that our contractor could pick up the flooring and also 6" baseboard. When our contractor went to pay her, the story had changed! I called her and reiterated what she had told me previously and her sad excuse was "my supplier never told me he didn't have enough" - REALLY! WHY didn't you ask him, especially since I'd been adamant about it being IN STOCK!! Ok - next chapter... it's coming in from California and will definitely be here Monday. I asked if my contractor could pick it up directly from the supplier instead of having the supplier deliver to her shop - saves a lot of time. Sure, says Erin. But she NEVER mentioned this to my contractor!! Monday morning rolls around and sure enough Red Rock Flooring is closed for a 4-day weekend!!!🤬🤬 Says so on her store's voicemail. Called the "urgent" number from the voicemail - no response to me or my contractor. Apparently a $2500 or so order isn't enough for her time! The really bad part is - I SPECIFICALLY told her WHEN we needed it at least 3 times & that if we couldn't get it then we would have to go with another company. Guess I was just preachin' to the choir🥴 Canceled payment...end of story...

  Initially, Eric was very communicative and we thought we were lucky enough to have made a connection also for future renovations. We discussed our budgets and timeframes and we were on the same page. Just before the discussed time frame, we messaged him to confirm the arrangement to receive no response. We gave it time thinking that due to holidays Eric was busy. We messaged after the holidays but again were ignored. Finally, after a few weeks we made it clear that we needed to start the project and it will be our last attempt to contact him. He didn't respond. To me, it's especially disappointing knowing how he kept talking about treating his customers with respect and always providing quality just to ghost us and flake at the end when we needed to start the project. I don't recommend - inconsistent and unreliable.
