Marcello, the technician, did an incredibly thorough job. He walked me through everything in detail, and I appreciate how he pointed out a couple of optional maintenance items without any pressure. It’s clear that Rebel is all about keeping my system running smoothly and treating my husband and me right. Five stars for Marcello and the whole Rebel team—they’ve definitely earned it!

Super professional and gave us some advice and pointers to avoid any potential issues in the future. We'll be signing up for their maintenance plan which is for the price is very much worth it! The guy they sent to work with us was named Harry and he explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and how long it would take. He showed up at 6:15am to make sure the work was done before our business opened and we needed hot water. Don't know if you can request who they send out next time we may need them, but if we can we'll always ask for him.

He provided an assessment and provided me with recommendations and other options if I preferred. Up front estimate. He was honest and trustworthy and did not try to upsale me with unnecessary work. - TOT OffieldDec 22, 20255.0Found my water heater leaking last night. Called Rebel this morning, they came out today. Marcello did some trouble shooting gave me the option to try and replace the water inlet nipple or replace the unit. While waiting on the office to give quotes he continued to troubleshoot and found it was the unit. Saved me $600. He was very professional and straight forward. I enjoyed talking to him during the process. I have used Rebel in the past for HVAC issues and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!
