  Rain of Las Vegas did an excellent job from start to finish. Professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The installation was clean and everything works perfectly. Great customer service and communication throughout. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience from start to finish with Rain of Las Vegas. Communication was easy and responsive through their online chat system, which made getting information and scheduling straightforward. They had open availability for installation much sooner than I expected, which was a big plus. The installation itself was quick, professional, and hassle-free. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and had the system up and running without any issues. Pricing was extremely competitive, especially compared to other companies in the valley, and there were no surprises or pressure tactics. Since the install, the difference in water quality has been noticeable. The water feels much softer, showers feel better, and there’s a clear improvement overall. It’s made a real difference day-to-day. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the product, and I would definitely recommend Rain of Las Vegas to anyone looking for a water softener.   Got my water softener installed a few weeks back. Joe came out and installed the system and is been life changing immediately you feel the difference. Pricing was great and service was amazing. Joe was great all around and I have recommend this company to a couple of my close friends.

  I inquired about water softeners and had Joe come out for a site visit. After going over everything, I decided to move forward with the installation on the same day. He had all the equipment ready in his van and completed the install in less than 30 minutes. The process was quick, smooth, and professional. Pricing was very upfront and transparent with no sales pressure or upselling at all. Joe was knowledgeable and made sure everything was working before leaving. He even mentioned than he had worked on numerous houses in my community and was familiar with my floorplan. As for a first-time user of water softeners, I am extremely satisfied with the result. My family’s skin and hair have never been better in Las Vegas.

  Terribly rude personnel and unprofessional office people [Olivia in particular] - hung up on me trying to discuss and offer sending an email proving GE was paying warranty claim. They do not take responsibility for their service contract and warranty support for GE. They are listed as the authorized repair and warranty company for Las Vegas for GE water softener. Purchased a brand new, water softener shipped from GE missing a part critical for operation. I called and filed the claim with GE and GE sent authorization to Rain of Las Vegas to come out and verify the claim, provide the missing part, and install it. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY this company has refused to do any legwork and insists the customer talk to GE directly and they wash their hands of any of their responsibility of their contractual obligations to work with GE to obtain payment. I have emails in writing from GE stating they approved payment of the repair and labor and yet Rain is sending ME invoice to pay for the part 'because GE didn't pay them for it." I followed all steps of the warranty process and RAIN doesn't want to do their part. GE compensates RAIN directly through their agreement but RAIN either doesn't know how to get the bill paid to them from GE and/or wants the customer to do THEIR job. I'd advise steering clear of these people. Rude staff that take no responsibility and are threatening to send me to collections for $76 even though I have emails from GE stating they were paying RAIN. The repairman they sent was competent and did do a good job of replacing the missing part. In other words, they are mad at ME because they aren't getting paid by GE for whatever reason and expect me to do their work for them. ****UPDATE: RESPONSE TO OWNER. OLIVIA did not reach out to me, I called HER. She wasn't interested in resolving anything. She insisted I call GE because she can't get anywhere with them. You are the warranty provider for GE. The part was NOT in the packaging materials or in the factory sealed box. You have my phone number. If you would like to call me so I can provide you with the email from GE stating they are paying for the service call/repair, then please contact me. If you do not contact me, then it's obvious you have no desire to resolve the situation. Based on the conversation with Olivia, it sounds like you do not have a good relationship with GE though you are their authorized warranty/service provider for Las Vegas. I have personally found GE to be pleasant to work with and helpful. Olivia did nothing but complain to me that GE wouldn't return her calls or emails - perhaps it's her attitude? Again, I have written proof and a valid warranty claim authorization from GE that I would have been happy to email to your company had Olivia not been rude, dismissive, and hung up on me mid-conversation.
