In that time, I've purchased three water systems from them for different properties and I use their salt delivery service, which I find to be a bargain. One of my favorite parts of their service is that they call to remind me or ask me if I need salt, and if I do, they are readily available to make delivery, typically within the week. They also check my system with each delivery. I'm a customer for life!

They provided a quick quote over the phone, which was exactly what we ended up paying, and were able to get us scheduled right away. When they arrived for installation, there was a hiccup that prevented everything from being completed as originally planned, but they were flexible and proactive in finding a solution on the spot. They went ahead and installed our under-the-sink RO system and quickly scheduled us for the next available appointment to complete the whole home water softener and conditioner. When they returned for the softener/conditioner installation, they truly went above and beyond. The workmanship and professionalism exceeded our expectations, and we were extremely pleased with the final result. The only small thing was that routing the RO line to the fridge water line (which we understood to be included) wasn’t discussed during installation. We assumed it was due to how our fridge is set up, and it ultimately wasn’t a big issue, just something that could have been communicated more clearly. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend Rain of Las Vegas!
