Upon arrival Jaime and his team did an outstanding job explaining how the removal/installation worked and expertly answered every question and concern. The installation and QC went smoothly and they ensured everything was cleaned. I was nervous about replacing my HVAC systems, but everyone I’ve dealt with at ProZone made it easy, from the honest assessment that my systems needed to be replaced (they were 20 years old) without high pressure sales tactics all the way through product selection and installation. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services/replacement. Original: Technician came out to house for routine maintenance. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and explained in detail that my systems are old and should be replaced soon without painting a picture of doom and disaster. No high pressure sales tactics just an honest assessment, which I greatly appreciated.

Everything went well, from the team of 3 installers to the contractor (Ken) who came in to repair the drywall and redo the paint. I had a very positive experience. The installation wasn't rushed, the technician Jaime Villegas and his crew arrived on time, they were friendly and knowledgeable, always prompt to answer my questions. It was a pleasure also to have Alex for the initial estimate visit. And last but not least, I would like to thank Ashley for putting everything together from her office desk, providing me with quick responses, and all in a straightforward and professional manner. ... It's early July 2024 now and I just had technician Ethan come in for my 6-month courtesy follow-up maintenance after my full system replacement in January 2024. Ethan arrived on time, answered all my questions, and was very professional. He made sure to check that everything was working appropriately, he cleaned/washed the outdoor unit, did system inspection, preventative tune up. I highly recommend ProZone Air Conditioning and Heating.
