Asked when the AC has its last service. He had his repair bag with him. After assessing the situation he provided several options. Additionally, he had the parts in his vehicle. After completing the work, he came back in the house to check the temperature in multiple rooms. The service was efficient and extremely effective. By far the best A.C. service we've had in 10 years. Most assuridly will be using Prozone again. The Best part was the honest effort from the initial phone call, up to processing the payment. Great work.
