That being said every time we did have an issue (discolored strapping or broken parts) the company was super responsive and fixed everything. Today Calvin came out for some repairs. He was friendly, respectful of our property, communicated with us. Because of his competence and attention to detail our patio is awesome! Thank you Calvin!
