  My sincere gratitude to Brady Hackbarth (Manager, post-sale) for his commitment to ensuring the quality of what was sold and installed. His commitment to customer satisfaction, perseverance in resolving internal manufacturing and installation issues, and effective communication skills with the customer are all commendable. I am also especially pleased that he made the decision to assign Calvin Taylor to professionally resolve my remaining issues. Additionally, my sincere gratitude to Calvin Taylor (Contractor, post-sale) for his expertise in installation and maintenance, plus his commitment to resolving the outstanding issues as perfect as possible and as lasting as possible. It was as if he was working on his own home. He performed his work with the with the level of care and lasting quality I expected. As an experienced outdoor living space owner, I was very disappointed with what I encountered with Patio Enclosures (i.e., Great Day Improvements) in regards to the lack of quality in the parts that were being installed, plus the ongoing installation maintenance issues. Thanks to Brady and Calvin, I am now a satisfied customer.

  We are very pleased with the customer support and quality of materials and installation of the patio doors (3) that now enclose an existing covered patio area. We had just the right amount of interaction with the office staff through the process and appreciate that this installation was not the installing crews first rodeo. Existing conditions posed some challenges in my mind but turned out to be EZPZ for the installers. The only negative to report, and this may not be a negative for others, is the "naivety" of jurisdiction required permits. That said, I was promptly provided with follow up documentation I needed to pull a permit as owner-builder. Also, Patio Enclosures is accustomed to working on projects within HOA communities and provides a thorough package for HOA submission. We recommend this company.

  Patio Enclosures did an awesome job! Love the new "living" space was just an open Patio! From Lu, the salesman through Willie's installation crew, totally professional and friendly. Actually having a neighbor party because of the interest in the neighborhood. Thank you Lu, Willie's and everyone at Patio Enclosures! Job well done!
