- PPPDec 30, 20255.0James came out to inspect my brother's heater as it was not cycling correctly but when he arrived, the house was warm. He said to keep an eye on the thermostat as far as the set vs ambient temperatures and to call back if further problems. He was on thime and very professional.
- ESEd SuplidoDec 19, 20252.0He did a good job to identify the problem, I think. Furnace relay is “sticking”, he tap it and finally run. His recommendation is to replace the control panel board since relay is not a plug in type. He ordered replacement, and said wait for delivery. After about 30 minutes, he said he got the new “control panel board.” He came back and install it. He did not show the new control panel board and the old one he replaced. As a courtesy and honesty, he should have shown it to me.

Referred this company to somebody who needed some work done They ended up selling them a $19,000 air conditioner when asked for the referral bonus I was completely ignored contacted several times went to the office in person and they will not give me a straight answer about anything They won't even take the time to call me back and tell me that they don't offer referral incentives anymore. You would think for getting them a $19,000 sale they could at least send you $100 gift card or something or a credit towards your next service.
