Aidan has been to my house a few times, he's excellent. I have them check my AC and heating systems just before they need to be used. Preventative maintenance is better than anything breaking down when you need it, especially AC here in the summer.
- DDDUKE3 days ago5.0One Hour A/C and Heating has been servicing my HVAC system for 16+ years and I have received nothing but excellent service for the entire time that I have been with them. No issues and no complaints whatsoever. For the past Summer, it was becoming increasingly obvious that my ' ancient' HVAC system had to be replaced, "grunted and moaned" during startup and did not run smoothly. I finally decided it was time for a new a/c and furnace. James (One Hour's service technician) was a great help in explaining the purchasing process that was involved. Kudos to the installation team (Kevin, Bobby, Dominic, Jesus, Gustavo) who did an outstanding job! The complete installation took approximately 4 hours including a thorough cleanup. The furnace is running great and I can't wait until next Spring and Summer when we use the a/c. Thank you One Hour!
- PAPhil Akers4 days ago1.0We signing up with thier program where they come out and check the system out twice a year and bill you monthly we had it for some time. The last visit we were told of some issues (mostly prevented maintenance), we chose to decline the recommendations. A few days later we receive a follow up call, that turned into a bulling tactic of the trying to up sale us. First off there has not been an issue with our system so for them to make it as if it would be the end of the world for us to not follow thier direction was bad. The bottom line is, it is our decision. Your rude tactics lead to this review and you loss a customer. I can only hope others have a better experience. Sure there is 2 sides of the story (somethings have been left out, to not totally trash them)Word of mouth goes a long way.

He has to order some parts and wont be able to install them till saturday. cost over 2000$, so i am going to be without heat for 3 1/2 more days, not happy for the delay or cost of repair. David was good but the situation does not make me happy. really not happy with the cost of repair, by the way i'm under waranty, so why the cost. Called twice yesterday(wednsday) never got a call back. Why take 4 days to get a part?david called and came back today wednsday and replaced the bad parts. he was quick and i now have heat

He took the time to explain the entire process of repairing vs. replacing our system, answered all of our questions, and was completely honest about his findings and recommendations. His thoroughness and clear communication gave us total confidence in the decisions we made. Jimmy is truly amazing at what he does. The installation crew was equally impressive. Alvin K., Henry P., Elijah C., Sef M., Jodeci T., and Brandon A. were all very friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. They took pride in their work, explained each step of the job, and made sure everything was done carefully and correctly. We were especially impressed with Alvin, who went above and beyond to create a setup that will make future maintenance much easier. This was an awesome, highly professional team from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone looking for honest, quality HVAC work.
