None more so the Jonah, he’s been the tech they have assigned to us for the last several years. He’s great with our quirky dogs. He explains everything to us in detail and is always happy to answer any questions. I like that it’s the same technician that comes out. You begin to feel more comfortable and it’s nice seeing them for regular maintenance calls in spring/fall. Between Jonah and his supervisor Chad I will use no other company. I called One Hour heating and Air Conditioning this morning at 12:30 am. Was met with a very friendly member of staff who got me on the schedule for today. Jonah showed up before his scheduled time. Work was completed and overall we couldn’t be happier. Thank you again.
- TSTrinity SJan 5, 20261.0So after posting a 1 star review in Oct regarding my 87 year old mother having a thermostat put in that turned on the air when the heat was supposed to come on Chad Valdraz operations manager contacted me. He assured me he would handle this and contact the main office for reimbursement. He said it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Well here we are in January. With several messages and email to him. With no response back. Contacting the office several times with just words that it will be taken care of. At this point I will be contacting the board and main office to put in another complaint. This is sad how you treat your customers. At this point it is more the principle.
