  Alvin and crew were fantastic . Great work and left the worksite as clean as when they arrived . He showed me pictures and videos of the work performed . I would definitely recommend one hour air for honest appraisals and quality work .

  The One Hour AC&H Team did an incredible job; starting with Steve, who took the time to understand our needs, evaluated our existing systems and provided us with several AC&H options within our budget to achieve our goal. It’s one thing to sell a product but it’s another to see how the installation of that product will go. I was impressed with the One Hour AC&H Installation Team of Roberto, Nirolee, Peresetence and Zion. They installed our units on a Sunday, were professional and courteous, great team work in supporting each other, protected our flooring, provided pictures before and after installation, and cleaned up. In addition, not only did One Hour Installation Team install the new Carrier Unit but they needed to correct the configuration of the return and supply duct work plus correct the installation of the existing main and secondary drain lines that the original contractor installed incorrectly. One Hour AC&H also offers a 2-year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that I was unable to find from others. We are very impressed by the service and support we received from One Hour AC&H.

  Had two scheduled appointments on 13 & 14 Feb to come in and install surge protectors to the unit outside and upstairs in the attic, change the fluid in the outside unit and clean the ducts. The appointment on Friday went well. All work completed in a timely manner, however, the repairman utilized booties while inside the house but walked outside with them on which defeats the purpose of using booties. Yesterday's appointment was to clean the air ducts. They left a yellow sticky cover on the vent in the master bathroom which indicates they didn't clean that vent. We attempted to turn on the heater this morning as it was a bit nippy in the house, and the system did not work. Had to contact them for another service call to come out and check our unit.

  Henry and crew (Elijah and Ty) did an outstanding job taking care of my duct cleaning and motor. Have no clue when it was ever cleaned so thanks gentleman for your meticulous work. They made sure their work space was covered and cleaned up before packing up. They respected the home and Henry also doubled checked everything. Also Chris their other technician who took care of us earlier that week was very respectful and was attention to detail making sure our home was safe!

  Chris was very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable about his job. Explained in detail what needed repaired. Being on a budget we couldn't take care of everything but we decided to get what was important now. No pressure on sales which I like. We would like Chri back for all of our service calls.
