- DADo Not Buy Richmond AmericanJul 8, 20251.0No Accountability. No Response. Buyers Beware!! After closing on a Richmond American home, I’ve experienced a complete breakdown in communication from their Home Care team. Multiple emails, phone calls, and outreach to both the Las Vegas office and the Vice President of Operations in Nevada have gone unanswered. Not even a courtesy reply. I followed their instructions to escalate a serious post-purchase issue in writing. That was weeks ago. Still no response. No update. No resolution. Closing day should not be the end of customer care, but with Richmond American, that seems to be the case. I strongly encourage prospective buyers to think twice.
