  Mac roofing refoamed my roof 3 years ago. During the recent rains in Vegas, my skylight started leaking and so I called Mac. They sent a technician out who re-caulked an area around the skylight that had been caulked by someone other then them and then, as a matter of courtesy, they didn't charge me for it.

  This company is absolutely outrageous and dishonest, they charged me $540 for a trip fee that took a few minutes just tell me there’s no issue with the roof, they sent two invoices for $270 each for the same short trip. Not only that they double charged for the same short trip, the diagnosis was wrong - the ceiling is leaking and they blamed it on the window which is below the ceiling. Avoid them if you don’t want to get robbed and lied to!

  I recently had my roof replaced by Mac Roofing, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They provided a detailed estimate and explained the process clearly, ensuring there were no surprises. The quality of the materials used was excellent, and the installation was completed efficiently. What stood out most was their commitment to keeping the work area clean and ensuring minimal disruption to my daily routine.   Do NOT use MAC roofing. I never used this company because they were unable to keep appointments on 2 seperate occasions for estimates. I found them only based on their previous reviews. I had an original appointment last Thursday at 3:30pm. At 3:45pm I called to see where Jim, the estimator, was; the office lady said he was running a few hours behind and would have to reschedule. I gave them another shot to be our second estimate on our roof. So, today I had our rescheduled appointment at 3:30pm, same thing happened. I called the office, Jim got on the phone and said they were too busy and wouldn't be able to come out. What a piece of work. Do NOT use them if you value your time.
