  Tech Jordan was very polite, respectful and explained thoroughly the process of emptying the water tank. He showed me the rod inside that will eventually need replacing but I chose not to do at this time due to what I thought was a high marked up price. Water tanks was emptied and the water was clear, no issues at this time. Will definitely make this a yearly cleaning to prolong the water tank

  Iban provided excellent service from start to finish. He was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. While here, he also offered to inspect all of our in-house bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures for no additional cost and provided clear recommendations for any needed repairs. He took his time with us, never making us feel rushed, and came across as honest and transparent. The service was thorough, professional, and great value for what we paid. The BOGO service also entailed a heating inspection and tune-up. The service was performed by Diego. He was really knowledgeable and informative and provided valuable recommendations. Highly recommended!

  We had an excellent service plumber (Timothy) who came out to flush our water heater and check our sinks. He was punctual, called ahead to let us know his ETA. When he arrived he told us exactly what he was going to do before doing it, asked us if we had any questions, and then executed it. He also offered us recommendations to provide preventative maintenance as well as equipment failure. Timothy was very professional as well as informative and we look forward to working with him again in the future🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

  We called Lee's Air on 9/4/25 to check and clean my air conditioner. At that time i was offered a maintenance contract. On 9/9/25 i had my water heater flushed. I was told that with the maintenance they would call me and offer service call or check. On 11/16/25 i was called and they set up a maintenance check for 11/19/2025. The Technician went upstairs alone (because of our age and health) we don't go up stairs often. The Technician than came down stairs asking us about our credit. Then he began to say that a home we had custom built in 2017 needed new 8,000.00 dollars worth of ductwork. He then tried to scare us talking about carbon dioxide. When he saw we were not buying this pitch, He went back upstairs to say he was going to take more pictures. The Technician later left with out the 8,000. Nov 21, we were called by the office to again try to pressure us into getting the work done. The caller was shocked when we told them we were not going through with the recommendations. On The 24 of November, my husband went upstairs. The heater was not turned on until this day The moment we turned it on the alarm went off with the fire alarm. This was done to again scare us into getting that 8,000 duct work. When we turned the heater off the alarm stopped. We decided to call Champion service to check the work . We never told champion that it was for a 2nd opinion. The Champion Technician informed us that everything was good and that the ducts were fine and in good shape. I later pulled up my security camera from upstairs and the Lee' s technician spent most of his time on the phone. When he wasn't on the phone he was wondering around looking. Not that it should matter, But, We Are disabled seniors, and Afro American. I believe that The Lee' s technician has pulled this game on other clients. I attempted to call management but my calls were ignored. Please if you choose Lee's make sure you get a 2 nd opinion. On the service sheet, he never added that we needed 8,000 worth of ductwork, the recommendations were never addressed or clear.

  Timothy and Rashad came out to flush my water heater that was installed last year by the company. They arrived before my appointment time which was great, and got the service done quickly. Before the service started Timothy asked if I knew information about my water heater and explained it to me again and the upcoming checks that I should be looking out for in order to properly maintain the heater. After they were finished I asked if they could investigate what the cause of a backup smell we were having last week could be coming from and they said that was no problem. They put on shoe covers themselves without me having to ask and inspected the areas and giving their opinion of what they thought it could be from. They then reached out to dispatch to figure out how to best assess our concerns and then helped with setting the appointment. Both Timothy and Rashad were professional and courteous while performing the work and answering any questions or concerns that we had. I would definitely recommend them for others.
