They also included a complimentary plumbing check, which I appreciated. They did find a few issues, but the repairs were reasonably priced and clearly explained. I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work. Their call service team is friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth. Kudos to Cassey, Bryant, Jose, and the plumber whose name I unfortunately forgot - they were all kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Gave a $400 deposit and cancelled the appointment about 7 hours prior, as the appointment was set the night before and called as soon as possible to not waster their time. I had to call 2 times and utilize their website chat to cancel the appointment and no one ever called me back nor confirmed anything with my cancellation and refunding my $400 deposit. An hour before my cancelled appointment, the technician calls me and wants every detail of why the appointment needs to be cancelled, LITERALLY on the phone for about 10 minutes as I am being questioned, then tells me I am not getting my deposit back.
