  My wife and I were in the market for a screen for our large slider doors and our neighbor recommended Hybar. They gave them rave reviews on the product they sold and the quality of their workmanship. We decided to call them and it is was our turn. We had a meeting with them, let them know what we wanted and finalized on the install date. We were not surprised at their professionalism and making sure we knew what's going on each step of the way (the manufacturer had a delay and they called to let us know). During installation they informed us of the poorly installed doors (we unfortunately knew) and their team worked to make the screen install look seamless. We checked after the installation and it all looked good. After the installation, however, we discovered one magnet was not aligned correctly by the manufacturer and had to call them to service it. This is where we were pleasantly surprised. Hybar maintained their professionalism and worked very quickly to resolve this issue. This is where we have to call out Marlon! He was here for the initial installation and the service. Truly one of the best, if not the best vendor experience we've had. If you need any work done, we'd recommend give them a call, you'll be happy you did.

  I needed a small fix to the passive dual front door to get it to open as it was jammed. I wasn't able to open it anymore making it difficult to move large things in and out. After a web search I decided to try Hy-Bar because they listed ability to handle residential needs whereas most companies only handled commercial spaces and industrial garage doors. They scheduled a technician to come out, but his truck broke down. They were quick to contact me and assure another tech team would make it out that day as long as I had the time. They were able to quickly diagnose problem, fix quickly (within 15 minutes) without any need to order parts and prolong situation. Truly helps to have door operative again.

  FYI, I contacted this company on Monday to come for a quote, I understand companies are busy but the earliest they could give me was Friday morning. A caulky 20 something showed up at my door, no notepad, no samples, he started the conversation by trying to sell me Renewals by Anderson, I told him I didn't need to be sold, I told him what I wanted, he went around the house measuring the french doors, punched in the measurements on his phone, then left after 5 minutes, said he would call me in a couple of hours with a quote, he literally just called me after the office closed at 415pm and said.... I can't get you a quote because the office closed at 4, so I'll have to get back to you Monday, duh!! so I said, no thank you! everyone else who showed up to give me quotes was professional and left me a written quote, since you couldn't even be bothered to bring documentation and pricing with you, you can take a hike, I don't need your company. You need me more than I need you. I'm a realtor and could have referred them tons of business but I decided to go with Desert King Windows. Very professional, good price and quality product without trying to up sell me. Do yourselves a favor and call Desert King Windows if you need doors or windows replaced.

  HyBar was quick and efficient when repairing my slider. The guys cleaned everything up and were very polite and professional
