Julian was very kind fast here about an hr, if you have a Martin door good luck they do offer conversion kits to make things better down the road. Price was a little more than I was expecting. I won't say how much he said he discounted for me, but he made me feel I wasn't getting ripped off. Now my garage door is fixed he was up front about how long I might get out of the spring, honesty counts folks, so thank you Julian it was a pleasure having you share your knowledge and fixing my door, it runs smoother and quieter.
