Be prepared…I’m sure this will be lengthy. (:
Where do I begin? To start, I just wanna point out how awesome Goettl is in general, with me having to reschedule the specific appointment a few times. But I fully believe that it was for a great reason. That reason being, our amazing tech. “KEVIN MARTINEZ!”
I received a courtesy phone call, with a 35 minute eta. Right off the bat, Kevin had such a friendly voice. Very kind! And I greatly appreciate that! When he arrived, he gave another courtesy call to ask which garage he was able to park in front of, since we live in a townhome community. Something I also greatly appreciated! As I have had neighbors do work on their units and the techs weren’t so considerate.
Knock-knock at the door. We were greeted by the BIGGEST & WARMEST SMILE (: and a very cheerful “hello,” something you rarely ever find these days. He said hello and handed me a plush Sadie and a Flash Light, all while sharing about the history of GOETTL and the significance of each item. I welcomed him in and it was nothing but laughter and educational moments from there on out!!!!!!!!
I also want to add that his Islander/Local hospitality & customer service just radiated off of him, it was instant and it was genuine. How do I know!? Well, for one, I was born and raised in Hawai’i, and after the ten thousand questions that I had asked (because I was comfortable enough to ask specific questions), to going back and forth in the paperwork process (literally back and forth) because of information input changes etc., Kevins patience remained and his understanding of my need to be thorough, was again, greatly appreciated! HE HAS GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE AND AWESOME WORK ETHIC!
What started off as a scheduled maintenance appt., turned into a scheduled home improvement project. And I am completely alright with it, because it needs to be done. But also because, Kevin just created a very calm, comfortable and fun experience. He was also very RESPECTFUL & CONSIDERATE! I’m not sure if it’s required, but he automatically covered his shoes prior to entering the house, no questions asked. That was a first for us!! He was also very apologetic about the insulation that fell from the attic during his in and out of the area. Which may I add was little to none. Regardless, he was so very respectful of our space and considerate in maneuvering himself around to avoid creating any kind of a mess. I shared with him that it was NOT a problem, just as long as he is able to get in and out SAFELY.
I can go on and on and on, about how great Kevin is, just as I did today during our appointment. I’m quite sure I yapped his ear off today, and I am hoping it was at the very least, entertaining for him. Haha. Also as I had continued on with living and doing all the duties I needed to as if he was not there. And he was so fluid in all he had to do and just meshed in so well with our household as we continued on with our daily tasks.
He is, in my opinion very quick, yet, efficient!
KEVIN, if you see this, braddah, we appreciate you and Aloha!!!! We look forward to working with you again soon. We will definitely be requesting you for all of our future maintenance calls!!!! (:
