  What a great service. Angel was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very considerate and made sure to not break tiles walking on the roof. I will be requesting him for all future maintenance visits. We have a membership which makes maintenance visits easy, with so many great perks included. The nice thing is I don't have to remember, when its time for service they call me and schedule it and they are included in the membership. Its paid for itself in one visit and I get monthly credits.

  BEWARE OF FRAUD. I used to use this company for annual HVAC maintenance. The last time I dealt with them, their technician showed me photos of very dusty coils in my system in the attic and tried to sell me a $700 service. Curiously, when they left that day, they did not include those photos in the list of photos of my system that day. I took it upon myself to perform the maintenance myself. The first red flag was when I saw that the sealing material around the coils was not damaged or recently replaced. This told me the technician didn’t even check what was supposed to be checked. I then opened and, sure enough, my coils were quite clean. Not even remotely close to the image I had been shown when the service was being sold to me. I tried to contact management about my issue, but nobody could make time to talk with me and it seems like this practice is fully okay. So if you don’t mind being intentionally lied to, great company. Because apparently fraud is a company value.

  Goettl plumbing came out to replace my tankless water heater and fix some of the plumbing and gas line that was improperly installed. They sent Robert Getman that has decades of experience. He was very meticulously and detail oriented, installed the water heater and brought it to code. I highly recommend Robert and the rest of the team at Goettl Air conditioning and plumbing.

  We had a leak in our bathroom shower so we called these guys and they were just great. The service tech, Camren, arrived the very next day right on time. He was friendly and professional, give us a quote that was reasonable and we feel that everything he did was great. UPDATE: I originally gave these guys 5 stars but decided to drop it down a bit. While the service tech was wonderful and professional, their prices were in the stratosphere. The quote we got for the job sounded a bit high after I slept on it that night, so I decided to get a second and third opinion. I'm really glad I did. Goettl was not only the highest quote for the job, they were almost twice as much as the next highest quote. This didn't just save us a few bucks, it was about $1,000 so we went with another plumbing service in town that had a 4.9 star rating on Google. Sorry Goettle, I'm sure you would have done a good job but your prices are just too high.
