  I got a new AC system installed in July. Mid November the thermostat that they installed went black. The next day they came out and said that some wires got shaken loose and they fixed it. EIGHT DAYS LATER the thermostat has now gone black again and it is Friday morning and they won't come out until Monday morning. What if this was the middle of July? Do I have to sit here for over 3 days waiting for someone? What if I was out of town and my animals were dying of heatstroke? Very, very disappointed in Goettl.

  Want to "Thank" Veronica and Kdyn for the great job they did adding insulation to our attic and cleaning our ducts. They worked well as a team, little time spent with interactions between them. They seemed to know what the other had to do, and each did their respective jobs well. Also want to thank the manager on duty 11/18 for working well with us to arrange a reasonable price, as my wife and I are on fixed incomes.

  Ford was our service person. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about not only our water heater, but our water softening system and our reverse osmosis purifying system. I do feel misled, however, by the receptionist who took my original call and convinced me to sign up for the maintenance contract that they provide. They promised discounts and made me feel like it is totally worth it and like I was gonna be treated like a king. It turned out that the price quote was pretty inflated. As after I got the quote I looked it up online, and it was at least double than what the average cost is to repair the water heater system for the problem that we were experiencing. Upon agreeing to the maintenance agreement the receptionist said I would not have to pay for the initial evaluation of our problem. Ford apparently did not know that I signed up for that program and tried to get me to sign up for it when he arrived at a higher price than what the receptionist quoted and charged me. That is no huge deal. I’m not blaming Ford, but it just looks shady when one person doesn’t know what the other person is saying. Secondly, Ford said he would not charge me for the original evaluation, which is good, but apparently the cost of that was added to my entire bill (not itemized) which is why the price was almost double than the average in the Las Vegas area for that type of repair.

  Andrew with Goettl was AWESOME! He educated me and my husband about the hard water in Vegas and its negative impact on the water softener and the pipes in our home In general. He gave us options for water softeners and financing. Andrew is young and wise beyond his years. He made my husband and I feel so comfortable and scheduled for the work to begin the very next morning. THANK YOU ANDREW FOR BEING EXCEPTIONAL!!

  The technicians were polite and professional, but the pricing was unbelievable. I was quoted $2,445 to replace a recirculation pump—yet in my own research, the most expensive pump I could find was around $389, even being generous at $450. The valve they mentioned runs maybe $35–$75. Based on the parts alone, it looked like they were building in nearly $2,000 of labor and markup for a job that would’ve taken maybe 30–45 minutes. Since I couldn’t afford that, I asked them to simply remove the pump, cap the line, and install one valve so I could get hot water again. For that, they charged $1,088 for about half an hour of work. This company advertises that they’re “not cheap,” and I expected to pay top dollar for professionalism—but this went far beyond premium pricing. It felt extremely exploitative given the situation I was in. Great technicians, but the pricing structure was shocking, and I won’t be using this company again
