- KPKatherine PhamJan 26, 20241.0What an awful experience. We woke up our sleeping sick baby to take her to the appointment. We were literally putting her in the car seat when the agent called me to tell me to come earlier, 20 min before our appointment. There was no way we could have come earlier. The agent told us we had to come earlier because she had another appointment later. She continues to berate us and tell us that the Robert is not available. No apologies whatsoever for flaking and inconveniencing our sick baby and entire family. I am appalled by this lack of professionalism and common decency.
