Joe, is great and has good explanation skills. He makes sure the custom understands what the problem is, then fixes it even if it takes him a little or long time.

Sebastian was awesome. He entered wearing booties - big plus. He explained everything he was doing, showed me pictures of the toilet as he went along. Now I'am waiting for the Hydro Jetting for the sewer line. I highly recommend Sebastian at Fetch a Tech.

DO NOT USE Fetch-A Tech!! We called for a camera service to see why our toilets were backed-up. A foreign object was found with debris attached to it, which was blocking flow. They suggested hydro-jetting to remove the object. It was 7pm, and we have a very elderly father that needs to use the toilet. Sadly, they knew we were in a bind, knowing we may not be able to get someone else out the next day (Friday), and then it was the weekend. They charged us $2,600 to hydro-jet the main line. They Jack up the price to then act like they care and say... oh you have dogs, you get a discount, along with senior and military. It brought it down to approx. $2,100. Because we needed to use our toilets, I said yes. When researching more later that evening, I found that most "challenging" jobs as they called it, are no more that $1,200. It didn't remove the foreign object but did remove the debris so flow was restored. They suggested to remove the toilet, jack hammer the concrete, remove the area where the foreign object was, then replace that section with new pipe, re-cement and reinstall the toilet... costing approx. $10,000+ to do this. Plus us having to have someone come out to redo the floor. The gentleman said someone would have to come back to the house, again, to re-camera the pipes, and take pictures of the bathroom to get a true estimate. We said okay. The same guy who came out originally to camera, now changed the diagnosis and said the other guy (who hydro-jetted the night before) was wrong and that it Isn't the foreign object that is causing the problem, that we have very old Cast Iron pipes and they are going to break and keep getting clogged, so now they are suggesting to Replace All of our plumping system. This guy hyro-jetted Again, without asking (with weak pipes, hydro-jetting with that much pressure could cause more damage), so I was upset about that. Then supposedly, because he did hydro-jet again, the foreign object was broken up and moved down the pipes, possibly into the sewer. He wanted to come to the house later that evening to "explain" what he did and to talk about our the next steps (most likely wanting me to sign something). I said no, there is No reason to come back, my sister told me what he said/did. He ended up calling me and told me exactly what my sister said. I waited a week for the estimates to re-pipe the whole house And for the removal of the area where the foreign object was. I wanted both estimates so I could make a better decision. I called back Numerous times and NOW they changed their tune and said we may not have to redo the whole house now, and could just remove the one section, but that they would have to come to the house AGAIN to re-camera. I told them they have ALL they need. They have been to our house 3 times, camera it 3x and took pictures of ALL the rooms that have pipes. I asked Why they keep changing their mind on what needs to be done?? I just want an estimate of what it would cost to re-pipe the whole house AND also to remove that one section. In the meantime, I had no other choice but to call another company. They put a camera down and found that the foreign object was pretty much IN THE SAME PLACE and that it was NOT broken up. So the other guy LIED about it being broken up and moving down the line. AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE ESTIMATES until someone comes back to Re-Camera the pipes. I forgot to mention, during all of this, again, they act like they care, and say, we would Hate for you to lose the $2,100 you already spent, because that would go towards any other work we provide. I have asked for a refund for some of the money I paid, at least $800, since most other companies charge around $1,200 for the same service. I have pictures from them and the other company which shows the object is still intact and maybe moved a foot or two only. Honestly, what do they care now, they have my $2,100, with no estimates given to me for any future work. I hope to see a refund on my CC. I will be calling the Board to let them know how they run their business.

Edwina was very thorough & informative on what needed to be done to keep our plumbing in good shape. She spent a great deal of time at our house inspecting all our plumbing. We were very surprised how bad our water was. We did not know our softener was not working, our water pressure is way too high creating issues & our water heater valves need to be replaced. Had no idea how much damage the water is doing to our pipes & not good for us either. So glad they came out.
