They sent out a tech (Sebastian) and he was able to not only find the glasses, but he was able to get them out without any damage to them! Sebastian was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. He talked about a couple recommendations and took great care in re-installing our toilet, re-caulking and cleaning up after all was done! Thanks Sebastian, thank you Fetch-a-tech! Appreciate the promptness and professional attitude! I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

- EAedward ayusteNov 3, 20251.0they lied about my AC unit is bad and told me that i need to replace the whole unit because it’s all messed in my attic and my compressor are not working, and quotes me with $14,000 ++. i specifically asked about maybe the capacitor are not working but they told me that is working just fine. few weeks comes i went to inspect my attic and it’s completely clean and i just purchased a$19 capacitor at amazon and my AC unit working perfectly fine. Don’t trust this company!!!
