    This was precisely the service I wanted, which was inclusive of the following Professional; kind, EFFICIENT… did I mention that there was a 10% doggy discount That is True of pets other than dogs, including cats… hmmmmmmmmmm? 💯 - I would just like to know that Ivan used Assuming the highest quality of components. The brand used Is the same Used for a different component (plunger), Which just happens to be the best one on earth. Just look how clean and proper

    Sales rep Jacob came to diagnose my unit which would not turn on to heat. After diagnosing he said we need a unit I told him I don’t have the money for a whole new system and I still have to price it out he said I said no for $20k for the replacement of the hvac system I said I have to shop and think about it here is the service fee of $50 he said no we can finance you so he said let’s sit down I thought I was getting preapproved and turned into me signing up for a loan. He never asked for my ID to run my information at all. I never filled out anything for their company just a loan app for upgrade bank online. He said my house will burn using my old unit and I had nice cars out the unit is like a car. Mind you I had not used my unit the whole winter and was using small space heaters so I did not have to be forced to getting the unit replaced before I shopped . I called and text the manager bronco while the techs were at the house to stop the job he said he would send one with a better price never did but I just got an estimate which only included the name of the unit. nothing about what I was actually paying for or how long the what the warranty covers nothing. While the techs are at the house he was supposed to address the problem and never did he had lied about everything I need the unit removed I don’t trust your company never agreed to any of the cost nor had the time to shop for pricing like I asked

    Jerrik was amazing. Found out leak within a half an hour or so and stayed until the restoration company came out so he could explain the issue to them. He was very personable and down to earth. He put on shoe covers before entering my home too and I didn’t even ask him to do that. Great customer service. I’m glad I went with this company.

    1/05/2026. Reached out to the number they left in their response to my first review and guess what??? That number is no longer in service. I called a different number at 8am today and asked to speak with management as they requested my call and was told John, the manager is in meetings all morning and he will call me around noon. Well, it’s 4pm and no call… this company just gets better and better. Please don’t use them. Call Sierra Air or any other company. This company only cares about profit… Profit over customers. Original post: Horrible experience. I had a tech come out 12/04/2025. My heater went out upstairs. The tech thought he found the problem and replaced some parts, $559. later, said it was the motor overheating. He stated he really needed to replace the entire unit, but for a quick fix to get us thru the winter we could replace the motor but didn't know how long it would work. That was quoted at around $1,400. He said he needed to order the motor. He stated he would call us the next day to let us know how long it would take to get the motor. I was also supposed to receive an email with my options and pricing. I even joined their membership. Well, It is now 12/31/2025, I have yet to receive a phone call about the time it will take to receive the new motor, and I also never received an email with my options and pricing. I have pets and a toddler in the house. I went out and bought space heaters to help get us through, but I can see now that they have no intentions on calling me back. They want to replace the whole unit, not just the motor so I was ignored and pushed to the side. I called them today, cancelled my membership and asked for an email as to all the work performed. Said it would be sent over immediately, well that was about an hour or so ago... Guess what???? NO EMAIL.... Looks like I will be calling SIERRA AIR!!!... THEY are reputable and reliable. When they say they are going to do something, it gets done. Please do NOT use this service. Its a money grab. Very Very Very disappointed!!!

    We called Fetch A Tech to help us determine why we couldn’t get the pilot light on our six-month old Rheem water heater lit. They sent a tech to check it out. After somewhat assessing the situation and continuously consulting with lady in office, it was determined that probably the only thing would be to replace the water heater which included extensive repairs because of the age of the property. Suspecting something suspicious, we declined the offer. THE NEXT DAY WE CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY. Tech came out, and after a very short time, determined six-month-old water heater was fine; and then lit the pilot light!! No charge.
