Brian took the time to help me identify exactly what I needed and made sure it was the correct match. Even more impressive, when they didn’t have my broken handle in stock, Brian printed out the Amazon listing for the correct replacement and let me know it was cheaper and would arrive sooner if I ordered it there. That kind of honesty and customer-first attitude is rare. The whole crew seemed tight and knowledgeable, and the place had a very professional, well-run feel. Highly recommend this location if you want real help from people who know their stuff and aren’t just trying to make a sale.

And I was able to pick it up at the Fergusons at Rancho and Craig. They were also very nice and friendly. They have all your plumbing needs. After I went to Home Depot and Lowe’s that didn’t have the part that I needed it

If I cannot call the location directly, and your stupid phone system is staffed by a collection of inept work-from-homers, how can I get parts information and guidance from people at the store level WHICH ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THIS COMPANY who know what they're talking about, then what kind of business do you have? 5 phone calls and 11 people, and never transferred to a live rep at the store level. Your comms model sucks. FIX IT.
