The tech who arrived, Talaan, was extremely professional and worked diligently to resolve the problem. He tried several different methods to clear the clogged drain and ultimately succeeded. I’m very grateful for the quick response—even on a Saturday—and for Talaan’s dedication to getting everything fixed properly. A big thank you to Talaan and the entire Fast Plumbing Service team for their fast, reliable service. Highly recommended!

I pointed it out a few times and he said that it was not necessary, even though the manufacturer states that an annual cleaning/flush of the system is necessary, as it is with most all tankless water heaters, especially with the hard water in Las Vegas. AI says that not doing so can cause damage.
