- DPDarren PMay 18, 20221.028 years in the business and this is a first for me. Received an estimate in Dec 2021 and decided to move forward with project in May 2022 once building permitting was approved. The lumber price is with in 10% of the cost in dec when the first estimate was provided how ever the estimate was literally double. 100% mark up in about 5 months. $7000-$13500 A more professional approach may have been to state they couldn't honor that original price and that it would need to increase to reflect the industry standard in materials costs and inflation. Or maybe just say you are too busy.
- SMSamantha MoralesMar 19, 20201.0Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. My story is simple. I called and emailed Daisy on January 29th 2019 regarding a quote for some trusses. I got a response on March 19th 2020. How did it take you OVER A YEAR to get back to me??? I can’t even begin to explain how terrible this is. Our house is already completely built!!!! DO NOT EXPECT A RESPONSE FROM THEM SOONER THAN A YEAR.

A roller gantry is a rolling press head that travels over a wood truss assembly tabletop. The roller, when passing over wood members with metal gusset plates in their proper place, applies uniform pressure to embed the metal gusset plates to connect the wood members and form a truss.
