  This is my favorite company in the Las Vegas area. Have been treated so well by everyone. If you need A/C, HVAC or a water heater installed, you want this company. I re-read my review and it just did not give enough justice to DWS. Desert West Services has kept a very old A/C HVAC alive for me for about 10 years or so. It should have bit the dust years ago. I spoke to Kyle recently about it and I questioned if I should replace it. He explained to me the many factors that I needed to know, without any pressure at all. I could just visualize the system going out in the hot summer. Yesterday, in advance, DWS and the crane machine had a new system installed in no time. The warranty actually transfers to the new homeowners if I decide to sell my old house. With a new roof, and a new A/C, it truly improves the curbside view of my house. I am so thankful for DWS. The team from the Owner to office to installers was incredible. I guess a new water heater is next. I only wish this area had more honest and hard working people like DWS. Many thanks for a big problem solved. You guys deserve more than 5 stars.

  Junior is an amazing Tech. In this day and age, good customer service is rare, but Junior exemplifies what customer service should be. He’s kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with my furnace, but still did a thorough check to make sure that was the cause of the problem and not just a symptom of an even bigger problem. A during the whole visit he welcomed me to observe, and even took the time to explain what he was doing. It was obvious that he was doing more than his job, he clearly loves what he does.

  Recently moved and purchased an older home in Vegas, and knew my heating and AC unit needed to be checked and possibly worked on. With so many choices, overwhelming actually, I am so glad I called Desert West! Well, I called a few companies near me, but they were the only ones to call me back. They sent a technician same day, and Tony was amazing! He was professional, polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I didn't need any work done at the time, but he did prepare me for future work needed due to my system being 20 years old, and informed me of services that should be done - Desert West offers service packages. Desert West will be the company I call for any and all future HVAC work, and I'll be asking for Tony! Bonus, they do offer a military discount. Give them a call!
