- SWSamuel Williams4 days ago1.0Lazy installers. I’m extremely disappointed with the carpet installation in my home. The workmanship was unacceptable from start to finish. The seams are visibly crooked, there are noticeable ripples and bubbles throughout the rooms, and some areas look like they were rushed with no attention to detail. What’s worse is that these problems were obvious the moment the job was “finished.” This wasn’t a minor mistake—this was careless, unprofessional work that now needs to be torn up and redone. For the money I paid, this quality is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for carpet installation. Save yourself the frustration and avoid the mess I’m dealing with now.

Installers will take advantage of you in any chance they can. Extremely dissatisfied. Avoid them their business model is quick and dirty. No thought taken for the customer. Product was not protected from the rain. Huge mess was left in the front yard. Pissed me off. Sucks that people like this exist.

I recently used them and have been dealing with an associate by the name of Geoff. He was very professional and communicated every step of the way with me throughout the process. He even responded on his days off. I am looking into having a bar built and there were several snags already but once again, Geoff has stepped in to assist and see this project through. Carpets n More are so lucky to have an employee like him or I would’ve gone to another company to complete this particular project. If this review was based solely on Geoff it would’ve been 5 stars. I’ll update my review once my bar is completed. Thank you Geoff for your amazing customer service!!

Paul came out to do an estimate while my house was being built he was very nice and the price was right, when the house was officially ours I paid for the work online and the contractor was out within a week to do our flooring. The guy who came Martin was so nice and kind, very efficient he never stopped working. He put everything back just how it looked before hand (baseboards caulked and everything) ! When I am ready to do more work I will 1000% contact Carpets N More hands down!
