  Julio, Javier, and Demetrius were top notch. They worked super hard and delivered great customer service while explaining everything and also answering all my questions. I highly recommend Best Air to anyone who needs work done. We’re really happy with the improvements and feel ready for the summer heat.

  The service representative, Jeremy Rojas was friendly, prompt, respectful of our house and time, and very knowledgeable. He gave us a no B.S. inspection and addressed our concerns with no up selling. He took detailed pictures and explained all the systems in detail. Everything was easy, from scheduling, getting a quick appointment within a day, calling when he was on the way, and checking to make sure he had the right parts before arriving, made the usually painful experience with AC repair an easy and positive experience. I would 100% recommend BEST Air-conditioning and plumbing and definitely will call them again next time due to the positive experience with the technician, Jeremy!

  I cannot recommend this company enough. Jeremy came out and walked me through his diagnosing process. Before he even opened our unit, he said I bet this is the problem based on the sound he heard and sure enough that was exactly it. He explained why it was making that sound and at no point did he attempt to upsell me or give me a vague “you need XYZ.” It was all explained thoroughly. He took the time to call and check that our unit was still in warranty. And he got our furnace back up and running again. It’s a breath of fresh air to have an honest technician who clearly has our best interest in mind. Jeremy, you have earned customers for which ever company you work at for life! Thank you!

  BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair has always been so friendly and reliable, with the most affordable pricing. They had previously replaced our water heater a while back, and Zach did such a great job that we had to go to them for our dripping bathtub spout. Tyler was super informative and thorough during the initial inspection, offering to check our other bathrooms to ensure that there aren't any parts that can potentially cause major damage to the house since it's over 30 years old. They were able to schedule their team to come the next day to complete the job. Patrick was very knowledgable and did such an amazing job replacing our bathtub valve, the hardware, and sink faucet. It was long overdue, and we love how it turned out. Thank you all so much! Such a great company with great professionals that put their clients first. Highly recommended.
