We felt welcome from the moment we entered the business. They have many samples to show you and are very knowledgeable about any questions you ask. The installers were very efficient and nice as well. I strongly recommend this company for any flooring needs.
- RSRoo SkipJun 19, 20251.0Purchased floor install from Benos, while the initial consult and planning seemed to be smooth, immediate issues with the actual product delivery and install. Benos shipped mismatched planks and stair noses. Completely different color and pattern/texture. Tried to resolve this and got laughed out by both female and the male sales rep at the store. Screamed at me, hung up when I’m trying to get this resolved. It’s the very last company I’d ever want to deal with again.

Everyone was so nice from the moment we walked into the store to find the tile to the very end with the carpet tucking. Francisco did an amazing job with the installation of the tile. Andy was on top of everything and made sure all was good. I would recommend Beno's Flooring for all your flooring needs.
