  ACW Decon did an amazing job with a mold issue I had with one of my rental units. They showed up promptly for the job and coordinated with myself and the mold testing specialist to ensure all the mold was mitigated including a very difficult area under the furnace in the garage. I highly recommend them for any mold issues you may encounter.

  ACW were a godsend when our house flooded. They were on site within an hour and worked quickly and efficiently to minimize the damage. They were knowledgeable and expertly conveyed the extent of the damage to our insurance company. When our insurance company gave us pushback, AC advocated on our behalf to get us the coverage we needed. Lani and her team were amazing when it came to the care of our belongings. Everything was wrapped and boxed with the utmost care and attention to detail. While we were out of the house, all it took was a text message to get something we needed out of storage, thanks to Lani’s meticulous catalog of what was in each box. ACW made a nightmare situation much more bearable and we never had a worry about our belongings.

  Came home to a flood at 11:30 on a Saturday night. They came right out and stayed until well after 2 in the morning to ensure the flood didn't cause any further damage. AC and Lani were very professional in their work, communications and every other aspect of what they had to do to clean up the damage. They came in and were organized in the way they processed and packaged up our personal items and made sure they were secured away safely. Once the repairs were done, they had our items back into our house and unpacked within a few days. Would definitely recommend them if you run into this kind of unfortunate situation
