He was absolutely flawless in his approach and his attention to detail. He went far and above the norm, when it came to customer service & professionalism. He patiently checked everything and kept us informed on everything that was done. I will certainly spread the news with our neighbors should they ever need anyone.   I had A1 do a service on my garage door. The service tech Christian was knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of fatigue cracks that I never noticed on my door panels and hinges. Christian also explained how the door springs were at the end of their life as they did not support the door weight as they should. Overall I appreciate the knowledge that Christian displayed on his craft and how my options were explained to me. For what I did today I feel my garage door is operating smoother and safer and I know my options if I choose to do a full replacement.

  Living at this address for the past few years, I felt it was time for a system check and evaluation. My sister used them before so I thought A1 would be a good fit. The technician, Shawn arrived within the specified time and was very polite and professional. He checked everything with my system, evaluated and gave suggestions on how to improve it. He completed all the necessary servicing and left with me being very satisfied.

  I called for a maintenance and ended up getting a slew of quotes, the price kept getting lower and lower until he had to call manager who then got on phone to give me lowest price, cmon guys I felt like I was being haggled badly, the tech was nice but how the company runs is exactly what I’ll do Run! Don’t think I’ll use them again

  Kyle Haines did an outstanding job replacing my old, noisy garage door opener with a brand-new one. From the first quote to the final cleanup, everything was professional and hassle-free. He showed up right on time, clearly explained the options and answered all my questions without rushing me. The installation itself was super clean— removed the old unit without any mess, and had the new opener running smoothly in just a couple of hours.
