When he arrived, he took the courtesy of putting on boot covers before entering my home, which already tells you a lot about his professionalism and respect for people’s space. He clearly knew what he was doing, explained everything in detail in a way I could actually understand, and shared his recommendations without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Also, shoutout to Tyler who coordinated everything for me — he was super helpful with scheduling, followed up quickly, and made the whole thing extremely easy from the start. Overall I’m very impressed. Incredible customer service from both Tyler and Will. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection. 10/10.+
