Absolutely atrocious. The technician purposely disconnected my unit, lied to me and tried to sell me on a complete new system. Dishonest business practices (no surprise, they are affiliated with AHS), which makes me almost certain they paid for all these positive reviews on Google.
Happy now that our AC is fixed! The technician, Bairon, is top-notch. He was very courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and why as he went. Way-to-go Dr Cool! I will definitely use them again!

Jeffrey was great. He arrived super quickly after the notification text. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he educated us on maintenance of the furnace in our new home. We'll definitely contact Dr. Cool for our HVAC needs in future.

Bairon was very patient and polite and very knowledgeable and detail oriented regarding his work. He patiently listened to me explaining all the problems we were encountering and he addressed them all doing an excellent job in repairing all the issues.

I had a great experience with Dr. Cool Services, and I especially want to recognize Freddy M., the supervisor. He truly stood out from the moment he got involved. Freddy was professional, knowledgeable, and took full ownership of the situation. He made sure everything was handled correctly and didn’t cut any corners.
What impressed me most was his attention to detail and how he took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and leads by example. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing he was overseeing the job.
On top of that, management worked directly with my home warranty company and went above and beyond to make sure my AC unit was fully taken care of. They made what could have been a stressful situation much smoother.
In the end, my AC is running great, and I really appreciate the effort and professionalism from the entire team.
