- ALAlexandra L.Sep 27, 20255.0Today, my husband Jerry & I had a pleasure to attend the GRAND OPENING of this community and view their 3 gorgeous model homes ( Aries, Taurus & Virgo ) all single story homes. The models were spacious from 1,970 - 2,295 sq feet, beautifully designed, with great features, nice yards and 2 car garages. Our favorite was model #3 Virgo for it's floor plan. The HOA fees are $100/ month, the community is gated and will have I believe around 60 homes. Today we met their wonderful sales team: Mellissa, Darlene & Miranda who answered all of our questions. Thank you so much. During this event they had a company ALL THAT & A LATTE serve delicious coffee, donuts and first 25 people received a Smith's gift card. I forgot to mention this community has great mountain views and has an easy access to trails, shopping, dining and Mt. Charleston
