  The technician Casey Maloney arrived. After changing the springs for 800s. He pressed the wall unit to open the garage door. The garage door opened. Then he pressed multiple buttos on the garage motor. The garage door not closed, then he offered to replace new motor for additional 600s after damage my garage motor. He tried to sell multiple products approximate 5000s for the whole panel. Multi service with financing program. I told him finnish up & pay 800s. No more additional service with this A1 garage company. I never never use A1 again

  Jeremy was very informative and great at his job. He showed up for a tune up special and educated us on all the problems with our door. We decided not to replace our aged door for now, but he did help us to replace our 20-year-old garage door motor/opener with a brand new one. Our door now moves smoother and quieter than it ever has. The most important part is that it is safe now with brand new garage door torsion springs and all of the critical parts. I would highly recommend asking for Jeremy If you want someone who will take good care of you.

  Jeremy came out to do a tune up on my garage door. It looked like a lot of my equipment was beginning to fail, so he provided me with options and different products that would be best for the home! I found the perfect garage door opener! Jeremy professionally installed all of the equipment. Once complete, he thoroughly explained my new opener and helped me set up the app! I am super impressed with A1 Garage Door Service and highly recommend this company! Thank you Jeremy.

  I had a great experience with A1 Garage Services today. My garage door wasn’t working, and Sean Smith came out to help. He quickly identified where the issue started and efficiently repaired everything, including installing a new spring. What really stood out was how thorough he was. He got everything done in a timely manner and made sure it was all working perfectly before leaving. I’m genuinely really happy with the service. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. 10/10 experience. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with garage issues!

  Our garage door opener suddenly died on us (board inside had a short or something that prevented it from receiving signal & actuallly opening garage), so we had A1 come out to fix it. A bit on the higher end for price range but well worth the money - our technician Eric was fantastic, transparent on pricing, & very personable. What was actually a few hours of work (largely on hold with home warranty haha) felt like only an hour since he was fun to talk to while doing the job. Lifetime warranty helps make the price worth it as well. Highly recommend!
