- WBWendy BlivenNov 25, 20251.0Giving a one star review, would give a zero if I could - not because of the quality of the work, but because one of their workers wrecked my car the first day they got here with their work van. Work was done Sept 2, it’s is now November 24th (almost 2 months have gone by)and I am still getting the run around, and I’ve been having to drive around with a crashed car. I’ve been sent to different insurance companies and am now being told I might have to cover part of the expense thru my own insurance company. I was told by the saleswoman they are a reputable company because of their own in house employees (they don’t use 3rd party contractors) but this is hands down one of the WORST experiences we’ve ever had and I am now considering legal action. Be aware of this company’s customer service and lack of accountability with their employees. Even worse, the guy who crashed my car told me it’s not the first time he’s gotten into a car accident. SHAME ON YOU!
