Richard went out of his way to figure out what parts I needed, explained everything to me and he was super friendly too. I will make this my go to for any plumbing supplies in the future. Update: I could not figure out how to put the parts I bought together, or unstick the parts I already had. The guys just jumped in with their big professional tools and took care of my issues. No extra charge. They really are the BEST. Thankyou!
