  We reached out to this Desert Eagle because they originally installed the flooring in our home when it was built. We have several tiles that cracked and simply needed replacements. Unfortunately, they refuse to assist with replacement unless we do a full floor replacement, not even offering to order or sell us the few tiles we needed. Disappointing to see such little customer care or flexibility toward an existing homeowner just looking to maintain their flooring. - Go with another company that will offer assistance when maintaining your property

  Marlon was fantastic to work with—communicative, punctual, and incredibly friendly. He did amazing tile work on my outdoor bar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be calling the Desert team again for future projects and will gladly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

  We're so happy with the product and service of Desert Eagle Stone. I worked with Michelle on the phone, and she was always so friendly and helpful. Our counter tops are beautiful, and the workers were professional and focused on doing a great job. We couldn't be happier.
