ALEX Resendiz who has done nothing but give us lip service and excuses and told us several times that we're lucky because there's worst houses then ours. All the neighbors are complaining about their new homes. We will sell this house and never purchase a Richmond American Home. We reached out to Richmond American Homes main office months ago and still haven't heard back. Paid for upgrades and was not installed correctly.
