  These are nice townhomes for the most part....However, I would not purchase and glad we rented first once we moved to Henderson otherwise we would have never known about this area. The dog owners walk their dogs, and allow them to shit any and everywhere without picking up after them, gates are broke trash all over the place and it just looks like low income community. There is no way I would purchase over here. The HOA really needs to get a handle on this because I guarantee this will be extremely bad in another 3 to 5 years. It's crazy how folks want to live in a townhome with no backyard and treat the common areas as if it is their backyard. It's just nasty and disrespectful and the entitlement is insane..smh. This place has potential to be very nice and it sucks that people are purchasing these townhomes and are not aware that the HOA is garbage and yet they have expensive dues to pay each month. I don't require a phone number to contact anyone, as I have tried twice already and I was informed that HOA stated they can't make anyone clean up after their dogs...and I was also informed that there are people that have been hired to clean up the dog shit, ...that's wild I haven't seen anyone, although someone needs to be hired to do it because it's just going to bring a pest issue. HOA you need to do better!

  New home owner here. This community has potential, but hoa put no effort into community maintenance. Trash/dog feces everywhere all the time. Large useless areas of scattered rock. Dead plants dont get replaced. Dead patches of grass. HOA STEP IT UP!

  I’m very disappointed with the experience of living in a “new” community that looks dirty and broken. The gates have been damaged for a long time, part of the wall collapsed due to an accident months ago and it’s still not repaired. The pool has been closed since May—during the hottest days of the year—and we’ve asked multiple times when it will reopen, but the HOA never responds. On top of that, residents are required to pay $150 a month for amenities that are either not provided or remain out of service with no clear timeline for repair. Please take your time when searching for a home. You and your family deserve a place that is safe, clean, and properly maintained.
