  We reached out to this Desert Eagle because they originally installed the flooring in our home when it was built. We have several tiles that cracked and simply needed replacements. Unfortunately, they refuse to assist with replacement unless we do a full floor replacement, not even offering to order or sell us the few tiles we needed. Disappointing to see such little customer care or flexibility toward an existing homeowner just looking to maintain their flooring. - Go with another company that will offer assistance when maintaining your property
