  From start to finish, absolute pros. Can’t say enough good things about Blue Swan. Had a hot water line leak, I called them for a second opinion/estimate. They were fast with the quote, priced lower than another estimate I had gotten, and got me scheduled quickly. Casey did excellent work, explained everything thoroughly, and went above and beyond the quoted job. They have my business for all plumbing needs from now on. Highly recommend!

  I wanted to update my previous review after Blue Swan sent another technician, Caesy, to reassess our under-sink RO system. Caesy was extremely thorough, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully inspect the system, explain each component (tank, membrane, housings, and filtration stages), and clearly walk us through what was happening with our weak water flow. Unlike our initial experience, this visit felt like a true diagnostic evaluation rather than a quick replacement recommendation. What I especially appreciated was how honest and balanced his advice was. He did not pressure us into replacing the entire system and instead explained multiple options — from replacing only the tank to upgrading the RO, or even considering whole-house water treatment depending on long-term needs. He also answered many of our questions about overall home water quality, hardness, filtration, and maintenance in a very clear and educational way. Beyond the technical side, Caesy was respectful and courteous — he wore shoe covers inside the house, worked carefully, and made sure we understood everything before leaving. The owner was also very friendly and professional in coordinating the visit. This second experience restored our confidence in Blue Swan. We truly appreciate the time, transparency, and expertise Caesy provided. We are still considering the best service option for our home, but based on this visit, I would feel comfortable recommending Blue Swan and Caesy to others looking for honest and knowledgeable water system service.
