Absolutely, hands down the best, friendliest, and knowledgeable service I have ever received from any company! From the initial phone call I made to book a consult, to them notifying me ahead of time when technician was on the way, to the technician being friendly, explaining everything he was going to do, to explaining in detail the issues/concerns he found so I would understand, this was top notch Service all around! Kudos especially to the technician Rafael, who did a very thorough job of explaining to me everything that was going on with my unit, taking his time to thoroughly inspect and troubleshoot, and get my AC working. He provided first class service! Thank you sooooo much Rafael and Ambient Edge!!!!

I told them both before they came in she has some memory issues so they can talk to her but my brother or sister would be the ones to respond to them about any new issues. They were both very friendly and courteous and respectful they spoke very direct and very easy for mom to grasp. I told them if she wants the surge protector my brother will get in touch with them. They both were very understanding. We were very happy with their service.

- RHRich HaaseMar 23, 20265.0Called Ambient Edge to schedule a service technician to come out to a Partial DIY mini split install. The mini split manufacturer I chose requires a certified HVAC technician to vacuum the lines and release the freon in order to get the 5-year warranty. My Ambient Edge service technician was Christopher Kindberg and he was awesome. He was done in less than an hour and did a fantastic job. I feel the price was fair for the service provided. If you need excellent service by a Licensed HVAC technician from Ambient Edge in the Kingman, Arizona area, I would highly recommend asking for Christopher Kindberg.
