He took additional time to help me understand what was done, the state of our septic tanks, and ideas to help us prevent future issues. Daniel and Moses were timely and greatly efficient in the digging and clearing of the tanks. Truly appreciated their professionalism and the care to ensure I was aware and understood what needed to be done going forward. - SBSandy BrowerApr 25, 20265.0Riley’s Plumbing Heating and Air came out to do a heating and air conditioner tune up at our home. Faith arrived on time and quickly took a look at our system and made a recommendation on what service we should get. We chose the top of the line as no maintenance had been done in 12 years. Faith took apart both the furnace and the air conditioning unit and completely cleaned it of a large amount of dirt and dust. She then tested and checked the system to ensure our 21 year old system would work well as long as possible. Faith was personable and diligent in her work. She explained everything well. She installed a new thermostat as part of the service as well. Making sure she explained how to use it and that we installed the app on our phones and how to use that. Booking the appointment was easy and communication via text, email and phone. Based on the amount of work performed, the price was reasonable.
- ALAnna LinetskyApr 17, 20261.0I am extremely unhappy with this company. Called them for the air test required by STPUD of our sewer line for the new construction in South Lake Tahoe. They sent a technician over. The charge for the video camera report of our pipe was more than $500. The technician didn't have a flash drive to upload the video to their system. We gave him our flash that he promised to return and never did. On top of that we have never received any video from that camera that we apparently paid for. And also the estimate for the repair of our pipe was through the roof, i.e. 24K!!! Switch to Ztec if you care how much you will have to pay for repairs!!! They don't charge for the video camera investigation and their prices are by far more reasonable!!!
