After a horrible experience with paramount heating and air and still no heat for 3 weeks in the midst of December facing the first winter snowfall, I called Riley‘s plumbing and heating, and the technician came out the next day helped us get to the bottom of our heating issue with our furnace and was very professional informative and had great follow-through from the company itself. I would definitely recommend Riley‘s. They even have a comfort advisor to come out after the technician to make sure that we are completely aware of what was done During their visit of diagnosing, my furnace, what was diagnosed and what We should do With the current issue at hand. definitely will be using them again. Appreciate the That they were volunteering to ensure everything was done they could do to get us back up and running after hours Service that you guys provided on Sunday, knowing I was without heat and doing everything they could. Well, since the initial visit i was waiting for my home warranty company to accept the claim and since they took forever and i was without heat my husband went to a local appliance store to purchase the circuit board and i called Rileys to see if they would install it for us, even though it wasn’t their merchandise or product and again Riley‘s came through and came out to the house the next morning to install the circuit board Ishmael did a thorough double check to ensure that was the problem and found that it was a limit switch that normally resets itself, but it hadn’t so he took the blower out and extra work that he didn’t have to do to reset our limit switch and not have to install our circuit board and did not charge us for his time. I was very pleased with the service that was provided by Riley’s and their technicians and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. I will definitely be using Riley‘s for any additional heating, air-conditioning, & plumbing issues I may have in the future thank you Ryan and Ishmael you are awesome.

There was a service charge for coming to the house. I understand it and I was willing to pay for it. However, that charge was to drive to the house. They charged an additional charge to actually LOOK and diagnose the problem, which was undisclosed. It was double the charge. I ended up paying double for them to look at and see if they could give me a bid - approximately $250.00. I called and asked if either one of the charges were going towards the job if I went with them, and they said no. After multiple phone calls, they did finally say they would credit one of the charges, but, it was an argument. Not disclosing charges is unacceptable and unlawful. I will not be using this company for the work simply for this reason. I found another company that was less expensive and the service call was what they told me it was going to be. I am willing to pay for services rendered, but I have a hard time when the contractor isn't upfront and honest.
