- TCTracy & Shawna CastroAug 5, 20221.0The worst United Rentals experience thus far, and have delt with this company in multiple cities. My experience with this location was horrible. Called in to rent a piece of equipment that was not available until 36 hours after requested time. We took the equipment when it became available and unfortunately the rain finally came after 2 weeks of having rain alerts, with no rain in sight. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and said to me "we all recieve the same weather alerts, and I knew it was going to rain...." so they can not work with us in any way to assist with the complete loss in rental during to rain. The sad part is the rental counter knew there was rain coming supposedly and they never informed their customers of the possibility after having a conversation about what project was expected to be done with the equipment. Horrible customer service skills. Would not recommend this location unless you have no other option.
