One of our trailers axles completely fails. We rent a trailer from them but they won’t allow us to park our down trailer for 2 days till we can get taken home. Absolutely disgusting. “We don’t have room” yet we are taking a trailer space with the rental. Avoid at all costs. I submitted a full review with pictures to Robert C. Bower senior VP of the western Divison. I have his personal cell phone. Thank god.
